Property Loss Claim Instructions:
- Contact your agent as soon as possible to report the claim.
- Protect the damaged property from any additional damage, and if possible take pictures.
- All theft and vandalism claims must be reported to your local police or sheriff's departments.
- Prepare an inventory list and a description of the damaged property.
Livestock Loss Claim Instructions:
- Contact your agent as soon as possible to report the claim.
- Report the loss to your veterinarian so the cause of the death/loss can be verified. The vet must perform a necropsy report within 48 hours of every livestock loss.
Once a claim has been submitted to our office, our adjuster will contact you as soon as possible.
